The eagle has landed – specifically the Icelandic Eagle Gin from Icelandic Mountain Spirits. Features a botanicals selection along the lines of juniper, ginger, angelica, coriander, orange and lemon, and blended with pure Icelandic water, this will make for excellent cocktails and mixed drinks.
