Q. What is click and Collect?
We have a retail store situated at 122 Wairau Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627, You can order online, Facebook Messanger, or Phone from your home/work comfort and arrange a pick up from the store address mentioned above after receiving the confirmation email or phone call. Please make sure you CLICK on ‘click and collect’ option in shipping when making a payment.
Q. How long it takes for the confirmation email to be received?
We usually send a confirmation email in 30 minutes from your order but in case you haven’t received it please call us on 09-444-3476 and we will get it sorted for u.

Proof of purchase or confirmation email and Valid ID
Q. What should I do when I am at the store to collect my purchase?
Park your vehicle in one of the dedicated car parks, Leave one car park empty in between cars if possible
Leave your proof of purchase and valid ID on the front or back bonnet of your car and return to your car seat.
ID verification is done by staff
Purchased products will be placed near your car, for you to pick up and put them in your car
Please keep 2-meter safe distance from staff and other customers at all times

Q. Can I enter the store to collect my Purchase?
No, You can not enter the store at alert level- 3, Store will be closed at all times for customers, but you can order and get same-day delivery or click and collect options from the store.
Q. Can I get Same Day Delivery to my home/work address?
Yes, We can arrange (SAME DAY DELIVERY) if :
Order is placed before 4 pm
The address is within a 10km radius from us.
